Digital Image Processing - Sylabus

1. Human visual system and its properties - structure of human eye, sensibility, adaptation. Principals of light, image creation, color models - aditive, subtractive models, YUV, XYZ, YCbCr, etc. (allowance 1/1)
2. Image-2D signal -sampling, quantization, digitalrepresentation, basic elements and their operations at images, image and video formats (allowance 0/0)
3. Image enhancement in space and frequence domain, dynamic range modification, LP, HP filters, 1D, 2D median,homomophic filtering, histogram equalization&specification, morphology (allowance 0/0)
4. Greylevel and color image segmentation, Region oriented segmentation, boundary detection, Hough transform, thresholding, object oriented segmentation in dynamic images (allowance 0/0)
5. Image interpolation, motion estimation - still images, sequences of frames, fast algorithms of motion estimation, Enhancement and reconstruction of 3D image and video, fals colors, pseudocolors (allowance 0/0)
6. Image reconstruction - degradation estimation, aditive and stochastic noise reduction, Wiener filter, power and general Wiener filter, Blurring reduction, signal dependent noise reduction, multiplicative noise reduction (allowance 0/0)
